diago was founded at the end of 2023 when three entrepreneurs came together with a shared ambition to transform customer relationships through artificial intelligence. They were driven by a simple but powerful belief. In the automotive industry, every call matters, and no dealership should ever lose an opportunity or leave a customer without an answer. From this vision, diago was created as an intelligent voice assistant available 24/7, able to understand customer requests and deliver immediate responses.
In 2024, the company quickly validated its concept in real-world conditions. Less than six months after launch, around fifteen businesses prepared to deploy diago as part of pilot projects. The AI voice agent stood out for its ability to streamline customer journeys, reduce waiting times, and relieve dealership teams from repetitive tasks. diago soon emerged as a new reference among automotive distributors.
In June 2025, diago reached a major milestone by raising one million euros from GCAP. This marked the first time a car dealership association invested in a startup within the sector. In September 2025, Mobilians, the professional organization representing the mobility industry, also joined diago’s shareholder base. This was Mobilians’ first-ever investment in a young company, reflecting the industry’s strong confidence in diago’s potential. By the end of 2025, diago was already deployed in 100 dealerships across 40 automotive groups, demonstrating rapid adoption in the market.
Today, diago remains true to its founding vision and aims to become a leading AI player serving the mobility ecosystem. diago was born from the meeting of three complementary profiles united by a shared conviction : artificial intelligence can fundamentally transform the customer experience in automotive retail.

Former Managing Director of Stellantis France, Guillaume led one of Europe’s largest automotive retail networks for several years. His strategic and operational experience gives diago a clear understanding of dealership challenges and the levers available to drive meaningful transformation.

A graduate of École Polytechnique, Sylvain built his expertise in digital product development and the integration of complex software solutions. He brings this experience to diago to ensure smooth and efficient deployment within dealership IT ecosystems.

A graduate of École Polytechnique, Pierre specializes in artificial intelligence and data science. He designs the technological foundations of diago and leads the evolution of the conversational AI platform, delivering high-performance voice interactions and a natural user experience.
